Selected Projects

Each project below represents a distinct discipline, a specific client need, and a measurable outcome. This is not a list of capabilities — it is a record of delivery.

01
Environmental Advisory

Transmission Infrastructure ESIA — 330kV & 132kV Corridors

Sector Power Transmission / Environmental Advisory
Routes 330kV Egbin–Ikeja West · 132kV Egbin–Alausa
Standards World Bank Safeguards · IFC PS · FMEnv · OECD

A comprehensive, consolidated ESIA was prepared covering two critical high-voltage power transmission corridors. The assignment required the integration of route-specific environmental baseline surveys, tower footprint impact assessments, and detailed socioeconomic profiling of affected urban and peri-urban communities. The scope included multi-stakeholder consultation design, public disclosure schedules aligned with OECD 60-day requirements, grievance mechanism design, RAP scoping and eligibility framework, and a consolidated ESMP.

Key Outcome

The consolidated report package was accepted without major revision, enabling the client to proceed to the next project financing milestone. The assignment demonstrated FusedVision's capacity to manage multi-route, multi-standard ESIA engagements with tight disclosure timelines.

02
Renewable Energy / EaaS

Federal Institutional Solar EaaS Deployment — 2.5 MWp

Sector Renewable Energy / Energy-as-a-Service
Scale 2.5 MWp Solar PV + BESS
Structure Direct EPC · PPA/EaaS · Lease-to-Own

A complete bankable solar power proposal was designed and structured for a major federal institution requiring energy cost reduction and supply reliability. Three distinct procurement structures were prepared — Direct EPC, PPA/EaaS, and Lease-to-Own — with fully audited financial models, benchmarked against CBN interbank exchange rates and a 20-year grid tariff escalation baseline. NPV and net savings tables, capital recovery schedules, and a risk matrix comparing each model were included.

Key Outcome

Proposal submitted with zero financial modelling errors. The modelling demonstrated EaaS/PPA savings of over 35% against grid projections over a 20-year horizon, providing a decision-ready investment case at board level.

03
Renewable Energy / Defence

Defence Institutional Solar Power Programme — 5–10 MWp EaaS/PPA

Sector Renewable Energy / Defence Infrastructure
Scale 5 MWp Phase 1 → 10 MWp Full Deployment
Standards DFI Bankable · NERC Compliant · EaaS Structured

A phased solar power programme was designed for a major defence institution requiring a reliable, scalable, and cost-effective energy solution. With a 5 MWp initial deployment expandable to 10 MWp, the EaaS/PPA structure eliminated upfront capital requirements while locking in tariff stability over a 20-year horizon. The full proposal package was prepared, including technical design brief, financial projections (NPV, IRR, DSCR), a DFI co-investment financing narrative, and a phased project implementation timeline.

Key Outcome

A comprehensive, decision-ready investment package was delivered to institutional leadership — structured to attract DFI co-financing while eliminating upfront capital exposure for the client.

04
Oil & Gas / Environmental Advisory

Modular LNG Facilities ESIA — Multi-State, Three Concurrent Sites

Sector Oil & Gas / LNG / Environmental Advisory
Scope 3 Modular LNG Facilities (≥150 TPD each)
Standards IFC Performance Standards · OECD · World Bank

A competitive proposal was prepared to provide ESIA services for three modular LNG liquefaction facilities across distinct Nigerian states. The proposal demonstrated capacity to mobilise a multidisciplinary team — including atmospheric scientists, social specialists, biodiversity experts, and health & safety engineers — capable of conducting concurrent ESIAs across three distinct ecological and social contexts. The commercial proposal was fully structured across three project phases, accompanied by a detailed schedule, personnel allocation matrix, and World Bank-standard CVs for a ten-person expert team.

Key Outcome

The technical proposal addressed OECD 60-day public disclosure requirements, IFC Performance Standards methodology, and concurrent multi-site ESIA management — positioning FusedVision as the most credible Nigerian environmental advisory partner for the programme.

05
Project Finance / Legal Instruments

IFC/DFI-Grade Power Purchase Agreement — 5.0 MW AC Solar + 36 MWh BESS, Community Power Project

Sector Renewable Energy / Project Finance / Legal
Scale 5.0 MW AC Solar PV + 36 MWh BESS
Deliverable 23-Article, 9-Schedule Power Purchase Agreement
Standards NERC Mini-Grid Regulations · REA Compliance · DFI Lender Step-in Rights

A comprehensive, IFC-grade Power Purchase Agreement was prepared for a landmark solar + BESS community power project. The 23-article, 9-schedule agreement incorporated NERC mini-grid licensing provisions, REA regulatory compliance clauses, tariff indexation mechanisms, force majeure protocols, and lender step-in rights designed to satisfy the requirements of DFI project finance structures.

Key Outcome

The PPA was engineered to be bankable from day one — meeting the review standards of multilateral lenders and commercial banks considering co-financing. This remains a reference-grade contractual instrument for community-scale solar projects in Nigeria.
